QC:
Quality Control.
I'm a QC analyst.

Q and A:
Question and Answer (often a Q and A session).
I hope the speaker will take a Q and A after she talks.

Quick on the uptake:

Fast learner. (Often used negatively, as in the example.)
He’s not too smart eh? Not too quick on the uptake there.

Quitter:
One who gives up easily or quits often.
Don’t be such a quitter!
